Scholarship - The International Medical University---------------------------------------------------The International Medical University (IMU) has recognised that thereare many Malaysian students who aspire to be a health sciencesprofessional. For various reasons, some of these students are notable to achieve their life-long ambition, including those studentswhose families do not have the financial resources to support them forentry into an international institution like the IMU.
In view of this, the IMU has established a number of scholarships tobe awarded to:
-Two (2) students to pursue the undergraduate medical course inMalaysia leading to the MBBS (IMU).-Two (2) students to pursue the entire eight (8) semesters of thetwinned undergraduate pharmacy course leading to the MPharm (Hons)degree (in collaboration with the University of Strathclyde).-One (1) student to pursue the Bachelor of Pharmacy programme to beconducted wholly in IMU, leading to the BPharm (Hons).-Two (2) students to pursue the Bachelor of Nursing degree leading tothe BNursing (Hons).

Rotary in Malaysia has been invited to help find five deservingunderprivileged Malaysian girls to study under the Rai Foundationscholarship programme in India. Scholarship and criteria depends onthe subject they study at the largest privately owned and accreditedRai university in India.
